The three purchases would be the latest by the CRHA, a government agency separate from the City of Charlottesville.
Council will formally approve $6 million in funding for redevelopment at South First Street and a land lease with the IRC for garden land along Moores Creek in Albemarle County.
Charlottesville’s public housing authority continues to move forward with the creation of new units to replace those built in the late 70’s and early 80’s.
