No left turns ever again at Hydraulic Road and U.S. 29 starting Monday
The prohibition on left-turns from Hydraulic Road onto U.S. 29 is intended to increase times that vehicles can move through the intersection. That also creates more time for people to walk through the pedestrian improvements planned as part of the project.
