No vote this week on legislative fix for military survivor benefit program
A quick fix was expected to changes made in the state budget to the Virginia Military Survivor and Dependent Education Program, but Finance and Appropriations Chair Senator Louise Lucas opted to take some more time to work out its long-term solvency.
