Good and Throneburg to face off at debate at Hampden-Sydney College on October 26
Election day is three and a half weeks away and the two candidates on the ballot in Virginia’s Fifth Congressional District have agreed to appear on stage at a campaign forum.
The Wilson Center for Leadership in the Public Interest at Hampden-Sydney College will host the event on October 26 at 7 p.m. as confirmed by representatives from the campaigns of both Republican incumbent Bob Good and Democratic challenger Joshua Throneburg.
The moderator of the one-hour event will be Mark Spain of WSET of Lynchburg. The event is open to the public but seats are only available on a first-come first-serve basis.
